SHERIDAN, IN – Sheridan Athletics is proud to announce a new community partnership with local business The Planted Prairie, bringing a special give-back initiative to the athletics department every Friday during the 2026 football season. Through this partnership, The Planted Prairie will host a Friday fundraising initiative to directly support Sheridan Athletics. For every purchase of their Friday featured coffee, The Planted Prairie will donate $1 back to Sheridan Athletics. To ensure non-coffee drinkers can also participate, The Planted Prairie will also match the $1 donation for every purchase of their signature "Soaring Hawk" drink that gets ordered on Fridays during football season. "We are proud to partner with Sheridan Athletics and give back to the community that supports us. The Planted Prairie is all about bringing people together, and we're excited to cheer on our Blackhawks this season!" Sheridan fans and community members are encouraged to visit The Planted Prairie every Friday (and why not Saturday too) throughout football season to enjoy a beverage and support Sheridan teams and student-athletes.
